VitaHarmony Fish Oil Omega 3 1000 mg XXL contains fish oil, which is a rich source of essential omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids – EPA and DHA. DHA contributes to maintaining the normal state of vision and brain activity. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function . The beneficial effect is obtained with a supply of 250 mg of EPA and DHA daily. We recommend, together with fish oil, increased intake of antioxidants – eg vitamin E or C.
