Ingredients:
Shark cartilage, corn starch, vitamin B1 thiamine mononitrate, vitamin B2 riboflavin, vitamin B6 pyridoxine HCL, folic acid, vitamin B12. Capsule shell – gelatin capsule.

Shark cartilage 2000 mg, vitamin B1 2.0 mg, vitamin B2 2.0 mg, vitamin B6 2.0 mg, folic acid (B9) 280 μg, vitamin B12 4 μg.
Dosage:
