Manufacturer’s Directions
Intended for people who weigh less than 200 pounds or who have high toxin levels. People who weight more than 200 pounds or who have extreme toxin levels should use 2 ICE SHOTS, ICE CAPS or a 32oz ICE Drink. Shake well and then drink 2oz bottle. Drink 24oz of water after finishing 2oz bottle. Wait 15 minutes and then take the 4 capsules with an additional 24oz of water.
TIPS: In order to get the strongest cleanse possible.
1. It’s important to drink plenty of water in the days before using this product. But only drink the directed amount of water that this label calls for on the day that you use this product.
2. This product works best when taken on an empty stomach. Avoid all foods, dairy, caffeine, and tobacco products for 5 hours before taking this product.
3. Urinate frequently to expel the toxins from your body.
