Manufacturer’s Directions
1. Take the heating patch out of the packaging. Must be used immediately after package is opened.
2. Remove the paper from the adhesive backing and adhere the patch to the undergarments in the affected area. Do not use directly on skin.
3. Dispose in waste bin after use.
Tip: Apply patch on undergarments around common sites of aching during your menstrual cycle like the lower abdomen and back.
