Pu-erh is a post-fermented tea produced in Yunnan province, China. Pu-erh is a Chinese specialty and is sometimes referred to as dark tea. Prince of Peace Pu-erh Tea is selected from high-quality tea leaves from Yunnan. Our Pu-Erh Tea has an earthy flavor, a soothing aroma, and antioxidant properties. An average cup of Pu-Erh tea contains about 5-15 mg of caffeine, while a cup of coffee ranges from 100-180mg.

Manufacturer’s Directions
Place one tea bag in a 6 fl. oz. (177 ml) cup, add hot water and let steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking. Sweeten for taste – we recommend using Prince of Peace Honey Crystals.
Try It Iced: Pour 2 cups of hot water over 6 bags in a quart container. Let it steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add 2 cups of cold water. Pour over ice.
