Vitamin B12 1000mcg in 1 tablet. (DDP 40.000%)
The other ingredients are methylcobalamin, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and magnesium trisilicate.
Dosage:
Adults give 1 tablet once a day. Drink down with enough liquid. Do not exceed daily dosage.
