Dosage and method of use

Ingredients
Each capsule contains collagen (from a marine source) – 500 mg, Vitamin C – 80 mg, Riboflavin (B2) – 5.6 mg, Niacin (B3) – 16 mg, Biotin – 50 g, Copper – 1 mg, Zinc – 10 mg. It also contains cellulose (filler), ascorbic acid, zinc picolinate, nicotinamide, copper gluconate, riboflavin, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (emulsifier), D-biotin.
