Dosage
Pour a ¼ l of boiling water over the infusion bag. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes in a covered container. Always make fresh tea immediately before use. Adults drink 1 cup of tea 3 times a day. Adolescents from 12 to 16 years drink tea 2 – 3 times a day. Children from 4 to 11 years drink tea twice a day.
