Dosage and method of use
With clean hands, squeeze a pea-sized lanolin from the tube and soften it between your fingers. Carefully spread it over the entire nipple area. Alternatively, you can apply another small amount to the center of the disposable breast pad. Apply before, after or during each breastfeeding according to your individual needs.
