Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 2 capsules 3 times a day (3 g glucomannan), 30 minutes before each meal. To maintain normal cholesterol levels 2 capsules 4 times a day (4 g glucomannan) per day. Drink at least 200 ml of water.
