Inside the body of the shaker you will find a removable part, into which it is possible to prepare the necessary dose of your favorite protein or gainer in advance . This removable part can be easily attached and secured to the body of the shaker by means of a thread.
On the inside of the shaker lid is a practical container for your daily dose of Grenade Capsules.
