Dosage: mix 15 g of powder (approx. 1 scoop) with 300 ml of water for 20 seconds. Take 1 dose daily before or during training. Warning: Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a dry, cool place, out of reach of children. May contain traces of milk, soy, gluten, eggs and lupines. It does not replace a varied diet.
