Recommended dosage: Mix 1 ampoule (25 ml) in 100 ml of water or juice. Take 1 ampoule daily, in the morning on an empty stomach, or about 30 minutes before training. It can also be dosed during exercise under long-term loads. CAUTION – never exceed the recommended dosage of 1 ampoule per day!
